Chef Juan is an amazing chef, cook, and host. Not only are his recipes delicious but they are healthy as well. I am a personal trainer and believe in the need for foods to not only be nutritious and low in fat but I also believe they need to taste good. A plain piece of boiled chicken with some spinach leaves on the side is not going to help anyone reach their goals.
Chef Juan allows people to not only enjoy their meals but also keep on track for a healthy lifestyle. As if that were not enough, Chef Juan is also personable and charming to be around. He always has a smile on his face and his demeanor is friendly and welcoming. He catered my daughter’s 3rd party and was professional as well as courteous to all the guests, young and old alike. Just wanted to share with people who have a love of good Cuban food. My husband I asked Chef Juan to cook a wonderful Cuban meal for family and friends at our home. We had eight guest and everyone loved the rice and pork dinner with very generous portions. No mess and no fuss…the only way to go!
